Whenever you’re with someone, there are more than the two of you in the room.
The me I know, is a different person to the me that you know.
The you that I know, is a different person to the you that you know.
We only exist inside our own heads.
I like to feel connected and close to people, so the reason I don’t like group socialising is that there are too many people in the room.
Hi there! Such a wonderful short article, thanks!

Yes, and in any relationship, you are each in a “different” relationship. Curious, no?

Absolutely! I’m a totally different person with my Mum as I am with my boyfriend. He does a lot of comedic eye-rolling when me and my mum get chatting.

So true ! I often think to myself “You have absolutely no idea what I am thinking” and have a little chuckle to myself, particularly if that other person is annoying me ;), ie completely pissing me off!
